To ensure transparency, operational readiness, and a smooth pilgrimage experience, the following travel policy applies to all pilgrims and travel participants coordinated through ELYSIANGO.

1. General Travel Conditions

All travel arrangements are subject to airline schedules, Saudi Arabian regulations, immigration requirements, operational conditions, and supplier availability.

Pilgrims are required to review all travel information carefully before departure.

2. Passport Requirements

Pilgrims must possess:

  • A valid passport
  • Minimum six (6) months validity from departure date
  • Sufficient blank pages for immigration requirements

Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring their passport remains valid throughout the journey.

3. Visa Requirements

Visa issuance remains subject to Saudi Government regulations, immigration requirements, supplier verification processes, and documentation accuracy.

Visa approval remains solely under the authority of the relevant Saudi authorities.

4. Flight Schedule Policy

Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft types, departure times, or operational routing. Such changes are beyond the control of ELYSIANGO.

Pilgrims are advised to remain flexible and follow updated travel information provided by the airline and operational team.

5. Hotel Accommodation Policy

Hotels are allocated based on package category, availability, and supplier allocation.

If operational circumstances require adjustments, ELYSIANGO may provide an equivalent or higher-category hotel whenever possible. Room configurations may vary depending on hotel availability.

6. Transportation Policy

Transportation arrangements may include airport transfers, intercity transfers, ziarah transportation, and operational transportation.

  • Transportation schedules remain subject to operational conditions and local regulations

7. Rawdah Reservation Policy

Rawdah reservations are managed through the Nusuk Platform, and availability is controlled by the relevant Saudi authorities.

ELYSIANGO may assist pilgrims in the reservation process but cannot guarantee availability, approval, or preferred timeslots.

8. Baggage Responsibility

Pilgrims are responsible for personal belongings, travel documents, valuables, and baggage security.

Any baggage delays, damage, or loss remain subject to the airline's baggage policy and procedures.

9. Health & Fitness Requirements

Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel.

  • Carry necessary medication
  • Follow health requirements
  • Inform organizers of significant medical conditions when necessary

ELYSIANGO does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment services.

10. Pilgrim Responsibilities

Pilgrims agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Submit valid documentation
  • Follow immigration regulations
  • Respect local laws and customs
  • Follow instructions from authorized operational personnel

Failure to comply may affect travel arrangements and pilgrimage participation.

11. Force Majeure

Travel operations may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, airline disruptions, weather conditions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, security situations, and regulatory changes.

Under such circumstances, operational adjustments may be necessary.
