Refund Framework

Clear refund terms for a structured pilgrimage journey.

To ensure transparency and fairness for all parties, the following refund policy applies to bookings and services coordinated through ELYSIANGO.

1. Reservation & Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, ELYSIANGO will immediately begin the operational process, including but not limited to:

  • Hotel reservations
  • Flight ticket issuance
  • Ground transportation arrangements
  • Visa processing
  • Travel pass preparation
  • Operational coordination with service providers

A Travel Pass and final travel documentation will normally be prepared within 7 days after booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation by Pilgrim

Because services are secured immediately after payment, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours after payment: Full refund minus any bank or payment gateway charges.
  • Cancellation after operational processing has begun: Refund will be subject to actual costs already incurred, including hotel deposits, airline charges, visa fees, transportation commitments, and administrative expenses.
  • Cancellation within 14 days before departure: Refund may be limited or unavailable depending on supplier and airline policies, as most services will already have been confirmed and paid.

3. Visa-Related Matters

  • Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted.
  • If a visa is rejected due to government regulations, immigration decisions, incomplete documentation, or circumstances beyond ELYSIANGO's control, only refundable components not yet utilized will be returned.

4. Supplier & Airline Policies

Any hotel, airline, transportation, or third-party supplier cancellation penalties will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the control of either party, including government restrictions, natural disasters, war, pandemics, airline suspensions, or regulatory changes, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective suppliers and authorities.

6. Commitment to Fairness

ELYSIANGO is committed to handling every refund request fairly, transparently, and in good faith. Any refundable balance will be processed as soon as all supplier reconciliations have been completed.

By proceeding with payment, the pilgrim acknowledges and agrees to the above refund policy.

Important Notice

Payment means operational processing may begin immediately.

Once payment is received, ELYSIANGO may immediately coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa providers, transportation partners, and other service providers. This is especially important for last-minute departures where the departure date is within a short operational window.
