ELYSIANGO is positioned as a global Umrah infrastructure platform. It may provide informational materials, partner discovery pathways, structured contact access, digital guidance layers, curated journey access, marketplace links, and other ecosystem functions. The platform should not automatically be interpreted as the direct provider of every third-party service outcome.

User Responsibilities
- Use ELYSIANGO only for lawful, legitimate, and good-faith purposes.
- Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent information.
- Do not attempt to exploit, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform systems.
- Do not misuse ELYSIANGO branding, trust signals, or institutional language to imply false authorization.
Article 4
Informational and AI Guidance Content
Content and AI-enabled guidance are provided to support clarity and accessibility. They do not replace official authorities, qualified religious scholarship, licensed legal advice, immigration rules, travel regulations, government instructions, or direct provider confirmation.
Article 5
Partner and Third-Party Relationships
ELYSIANGO may feature or connect users to partners, operators, suppliers, agencies, or third-party systems. Separate contractual, commercial, licensing, operational, or regulatory arrangements may apply. Users and partners remain responsible for reviewing the terms that apply to their specific arrangement.
Article 6
Payments, Bookings, and Commercial Terms
Where ELYSIANGO introduces paid services, bookings, subscriptions, deposits, transaction pathways, or commercial features, additional terms may apply. These may include booking conditions, payment policies, cancellation terms, refund rules, provider policies, or signed agreements. In the event of conflict, the more specific agreement generally governs the relevant service.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, ELYSIANGO retains rights in platform content, design systems, layout logic, text, graphics, branding, infrastructure presentation, AI guidance framing, and related materials. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, copy, commercially exploit, or modify platform content without permission except where limited lawful use is clearly permitted.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ELYSIANGO is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. ELYSIANGO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, universal suitability, guaranteed visa outcomes, guaranteed travel results, or third-party service performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your use of ELYSIANGO may involve personal information. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that data processing may occur in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable operational requirements.
